A personal sound amplifier, also called a PSAP, amplifies environmental sounds for people with normal hearing. It is different from a hearing aid intended to compensate for hearing loss. IROGER models use a separate microphone and compatible listening accessories. For hearing concerns, consult a qualified hearing professional. Learn more in the FDA guide to hearing aids and PSAPs.
Start with the sound source, the controls you prefer and the way you want to listen. IR8 offers a simple wired setup. I8-Pro includes headphone and earbud listening options. IROGER MAX adds selectable EQ, Bluetooth audio and support for the optional TX transmitter. Compare the models for the full details.
