Shipping Policy

At iRoger Hearing, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping terms below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM(business days) are considered received the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based fulfillment centers and delivered via major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available for all orders.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@irogerhearing.com.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact support@irogerhearing.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
While delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, we are committed to assisting customers in resolving shipping issues.


6. Shipping Address & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, address changes or rerouting may not be possible.
To modify an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible at support@irogerhearing.com.


7. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

For information about returns and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
