buy this!
I was initially hesitant to purchase these, but given the price, I figured I had nothing to lose by giving them a try. I'm 83 and just couldn't afford the $5,000-$6,000 for hearing aids, so I opted for these—and wow, I’m so glad I did! They are incredibly comfortable, and I can now hear every little word clearly. It’s truly amazing how such a small device that fits in your ears can pack such a punch. I absolutely love them and would definitely buy again!

a game changer
This device is truly amazing! My elderly father, who has severe hearing loss, was recently hospitalized. Despite having expensive hearing aids, he refuses to wear them due to concerns about losing or having them stolen. This caused a lot of frustration and made his care more challenging. After reading positive reviews, I decided to give this device a try, and I’m so glad I did. It’s small, lightweight, and incredibly powerful – exactly as advertised. It made my dad’s hospital stay much more manageable, giving him a sense of empowerment and allowing him to actively participate in his care and decision-making.
The only minor issue was the short micro USB charging cable, as it didn’t come with a plug. Thankfully, I had an old phone plug that worked, but you might want to have a longer micro USB/USB A charging cable or an extension cord (6-10’) on hand. Overall, this device has been a game changer

This hearing amplifier really stands out from the rest. It allows you to "pinpoint" exactly where you want to focus your hearing, rather than picking up all the surrounding sounds at once. The device comes with a microphone attachment that plugs into the main unit, letting you isolate and amplify sound from a specific area. The long cables provide plenty of flexibility for adjusting and positioning the device for optimal hearing. The volume control is simple to operate, and the charging is convenient with a standard USB cable that can plug into a laptop or the included wall adapter. I was able to clearly hear audio from my phone even with the volume set to its lowest level. One thing to note, though: if you're using this near other electrical devices, be mindful not to get too close, as you might experience some interference. Overall, it's an excellent device!

Works as Advertised!
This product is exactly as advertised. I purchased it for my 102-year-old mother, who had hearing aids fitted by a professional audiologist. However, her hearing had declined so much that the hearing aids no longer worked effectively. After using this device for the first time, she was able to hear conversations again, helping to ease her sense of isolation. It’s been a real relief for her!

The iRoger Works!
I had a moderate to severe hearing loss for over 20 years...I've tried all kinds of aids and devices but nothing worked. My doctor uses these in his office but another brand $100 more. I've had these 48 hours and I'm impressed. I don't use them in loud places but for TV and conversations for now...their wonderful. Again it's only been 48 hours and at the rate I'm going I expect the next 48 days to be heaven.

Great Value
Excellent sound pickup and transmission! The only unclear aspect is whether this device can transmit sound directly to the speaker in my new iPhone. However, I highly recommend trying out this much more affordable alternative before investing in any 'official' hearing aids. It works surprisingly well and provides great value!

Better than medical hearing aids
I have $5000 medical hearing aids I don’t like the in ear fitting or my hearing aids, this amplifier came with headphone which fits much more comfortably than in ear hearing aids.
