At iRoger Hearing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review the following policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • The item is not damaged, altered, or showing signs of excessive wear and tear.
  • The return is initiated with a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: For hygiene reasons, used ear tips and other personal-use accessories cannot be returned unless defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization – If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the Item – Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

3. International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency, but exchange rate differences may apply.
  • If returning an item from outside the U.S., ensure the package is marked as "Return" to avoid additional customs charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used ear tips and hygiene-sensitive accessories
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Refunds typically take up to 7 days to process
